It was more of a brief chat about the job description, about myself and the salary expectations. The moment I walked into the office, I already had doubts about this company. The interviewer mentioned a lot of red flags at this company - including high attrition rates within a short period and they are desperate to find candidates to fill the position. To have a few people run an APAC regional office after 2 years of establishment here says a lot about this company. They initially offered me and subsequently did not? However, I'm relieved I didn't get an offer. I doubt they provide any form of benefits here and management is probably not doing anything. Not good for a long-term career. I would say stay away from this company.
