[SUPER POSITIVE) One of the greatest interview experience - albeit somehow I couldn't join them owing to another offer unfolding better in remuneration aspects. Everyone was so kind, patient listeners with great sense of humour, trying their level best to make it a seamless interaction with the candidate, rather than a cold interview. The head of technology that I had 2nd technical round with, is an amazing person, and absolutely skilled and knowledgeable, encouraged me for answers throughout our conversation. So much that, after learning that I have another offer, both the Global head of Cocoabirch, as well as the chief tech officer, had such a positive and professional attitude towards my decision with utter respect and understanding. I believe, working with such awesome folks is no less than a bliss, and I am hopeful of the tech stack and problems/use cases they hold wrt data engineering and backend/technology in general, too.
