Written Test and Face to Face. Written test varies with respect to the manual you opt for (AMM, SRM, IPC). Written test for IPC it's pretty easy. For AMM and SRM it sounded little difficult for me. For SRM if you are fluent with Repair manuals, then it might be easy for you. Interview at times will be taken by people with minimum knowledge (Frog in the well types, who believes that what they know is the best) Received the offer after one month. But once I replied back to negotiate, then never came back.
