A recruiter connected with me via Linkedin to ask if I am interested to apply for their PM role. I submitted my CV after 3 days and got scheduled for the initial interview the next 3-4 days after. The initial interview was mainly to check on my Project Management experience including my skills.
I passed the initial interview and was endorsed to the Hiring Manager. The interview took an hour. Main questions were about the projects that I have handled in the past, including my operations experience.

The interview process included a couple of stages, communication was generally clear, and timelines were reasonable. Overall, it provided a good opportunity to learn more about the role and the team.

I was contacted by a recruiter via email and had an initial phone conversation followed by a second interview which was in person. There were two people present during my second interview and the atmosphere was quite relaxed.

Straightforward and not too complicated. Just had to present ability to understand PM process and adaptability to be able to take on the role. Interviewers are very nice and open to a genuine conversation
