I was contacted by an external recruiter and had an initial screening interview with him. After this I was invited for a f2f interview the same week. The f2f interview took place in London, with the AD of the account I was interviewed for. The interview went well, it was an informal chat about my experience basically.
Soon after the f2f interview took place I was invited to come over to Linney HQ in Mansfield. Before I confirmed the interview I asked lots of details regarding the position and the company benefits since I had to request one day off work to be able to attend this interview (only the travel took over 2 hours each way). Once they responded my questions I confirmed the interview and went to Mansfield. The second interview took hours, I had to do lots of tests (personality tests, numeric tests, etc) and then I was interview by the Business Director for this account. It was very exhausting but it went well and I was offered the position a couple of days after. However, to my surprise, notice period and working hours reflected in the contract did not match to what we discussed.
