My overal experience with the interview process was fairly simple and easy. Got a call back within a few days of applying for an initial interview when I got there was asked to do a simply test where I had to alphabetize name cards and simple clerical activities abbreviation awareness, correct spelling. Overall the qualities they look for are bubbly personality , multi-tasker , able to understand and deliver quality customer service
