I was interviewed by 2 people. Started off with the simple tell me about yourself questions. What really caught me off guard was being shown a flowchart of their cryogenic distillation process. I was asked to identify what function one of the units before the distillation tower satisfied, but I was a junior behind on my courses so I couldn't answer it. The 2 interviewers did well of not shaming me for not knowing the answer.
