This interviewing process is slightly different than the usual. It consists of two to three parts. After the you receive the information of time/place etc, it's a group interview, where you'll sit down and you'll have information to go over while you wait for everyone to join. Once you're set, a speaker will conduct the interview where they walk you through a packet of information that is sitting in each applicant's spot. They then pass out a series of tests. One is spelling, the other is critical thinking/fill in the blank/bubble. None of them are too difficult, but since it's an education company, they conduct these tests to see if you're a good fit with them. If you pass those tests, then they call you back for a follow up interview, one on one. Knowing someone in the company as a reference is typically helpful for attaining a position.
After that, if they like you, you're in!
