J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2017
Entretien
They were very professional and considerate. I was called to two screening. One of them was a spelling test and critical thinking evaluation. The next one they trained me in one of their processes and I had to practice with a partner. Then I had the interview - where in I was asked many questions. The people were very friendly and positive. When I did not get the job - they let me know within two days - no waiting and hoping. As I said - very professional.

Question 1
Why I wanted to join? If I came into the centre one day and saw the place in a mess - what would I do? How would I make a child who was not responding pay attention? If the schedule changed - what would I do?

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
