I saw an Ad on Monster.com and applied..Got a call back I believe the next day..Went in for an interview with the manager and I was explained the job and deatils. I had to take a drug test and get a background test which Lincare reimburses you for.

The manager who hired me was a nice guy, but he was fired by the time I was hired. I had a half hour long interview. After that it took weeks for the company to do the background check and Driver's License verification.

Considering that some patients aren't very friendly the questions asked in the interview are very vital to whether or not you'd be a good candidate for the job, and they make it known that the job will consume a lot of your life and you have to be okay with it.
