Short with uninterested employees (seems like they are super behind with everything and this is an inconvenience) They covered the job description and let me know the long hours and weekends and holidays to be worked.
Lies more lies false promises and getting stabbed in the back repeatedly by upper management that didn't want to take responsibility for their own actions or lack there off. the only thing they were looking for ultimately was a scape goat.

Entretien
I applied and within two days I got an interview. Extremely easy was offered the job almost on the spot. I think not a lot of business minded people work at this company due to the quick to fire thought process. To keep people you have to build them up not tear them down.

Entretien
Interview was great but was not informed about the prior history of the store and the damage from prior managers. Other area managers are jealous of new managers coming on so they do not offer information or help. Lincare needs to focus on a team management in every area.
