Initially contacted by a recruiter who screened me via call, a few weeks later I had a 2nd call scheduled. The interviewer relayed that she knew nothing about me yet and referenced another person I had to parse out that I was supposed to interview with before I had a call with her. Overall it felt like a waste and they were obviously unprepared and caught off guard, I could tell they were moving around and after a while the line of questioning seemed to be aimed to just kill the time. They also informed me that they wouldn’t be filling the position for some months..The recruiter reached out to let me know they wouldn’t be moving forward with me.
