I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The while process was really nice, very informative. Interview with hiring manager felt more like interrogation instead of conversation but that's something it's important for me - it shows future cooperation with HM. After some time of of response I've got an automatic email saying they not moving forward with my candidacy which spoiled whole experience. It would look way better if you wrote personalized message to someone you reach out to in the first place :)

Rescheduled both interviews last minute. First interview was fine, second was with someone else and was an interrogation focusing on experience I didn’t have, rather than having any interest in the experience I did have which would have allowed me showcase where I could add value. Perhaps a bad day for the interviewer, as the company seem to be doing great things overall.
