It's a five part process. First interview is with the head of the prospective team. The second interview is with a ci-founder. The third is with the hiring manager.
The final fourth and fifth interviews are group interviews with members of different departments. I would've been assigned a collaboration type of activity I'd have to complete with existing staff.
I enjoyed interviewing, although the long interview process was a major turnoff. I didn't get an offer, though, so I guess it must work for them.
