They are confused, not transparent and unfair. Even after sending me a job offer, suddenly informed that they selected another professional, very unprofessional from their side.
Lilium looks like a good company to work for, but their hiring process definitely needs to be improved.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lilium (München, Bavaria) en juill. 2020
Entretien
I have applied for a position thru Linkedin and after one week received an e-mail requesting an interview with HR personnel.
Some days later i received another e-mail informing that I was not selected for the opportunity.
I got really confused and had to send a e-mail to confirm if I was really selected or not. Very Confusing and made me question how seriously that Company was.. Finally they confirmed I was in. After this first stage I was selected for an interview with the Procurement responsible and I was able to explain my activity and my expectations , he was very polite and a good conversation was done. He told me that in 2 wks would return, but in two days informed it was not interested.

Question 1
I have initially gone thru HR interview asking basically my interest in LIlium and where I was , how long I would be available to move, salary expectations etc After that the technical interview was performed and I was able to explain my expertise in details to show I was able to meet the Company expectations. Strangely It was asked some basic questions that I considered not necessary by the level of experience I had.
