Proactive and fast paced, they showed alot of enthusiasm for finding the right candidate for the team and not just someone to fill the position. They were all really friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole process.

My interview experience raised some concerns about organization and communication. The talent partner , SC, arrived late and rescheduled the interview on short notice. Before the rescheduled session, I was asked to turn off my camera, which felt unusual and inconsistent with standard interview practices. So just an fyi to the company If they read this.
When I asked a question about what success in the role looks like, the response was dismissive and dismissively referred me back to the job posting instead of offering clarification. And I quote “I’m not sure what you’re asking . It’s all in the job description”. Not a good reflection on the company if talent partner can’t even piece together a good intelligent response to show basic understanding of the role. But okay.
Last I checked that’s a standard interview question that candidates who are interested in the role can ask.
This experience did not reflect a well-prepared or candidate-focused interview process.

Interviews Conducted Remotely Due to Covid-19
I thought the process was expedient and hyper relevant: questions from HR/Talent interviewers pertain to culture/passion/lifestyle/work history and portions of the interview process that are with Sales Development personnel relate to sales knowledge and processes. There were virtually no redundancies.
Time-to-offer was lower than average for the industry which I think is a good representation of the speed this company is moving at.
