I applied through an employee referral. The interview was a four-stage process consisting of a phone call interview, a skills test online with a mock call, a second interview with the direct line manager and a final interview.

Entretien
The first step was a phone interview where you need to present yourself and why you applied for the job. Aftwerwards I had to pass an online test. Once successful I had a 60 mins interview with the support manager.

It started with a phone interview then moved on to a technical test to see where I stand technically then a zoom interview where I had a good conversation with the Team Leaders

The process was long enough for both of us to get a sense of our capability. I felt there was an authenticity to the people I spoke with. I would recommend anyone who is curious about the company to just make the application. You'll find that each team is different and you can't be certain until you meet.
