I originally applied for a different position that I didn’t get, but I was asked if I would be interested in learning more about this role for which they were also currently recruiting (which I was). I first had a phone call with the senior director of the department to learn more about the role and to share a bit about myself and my work experience. Then I had an interview on Zoom with the direct manager of the team which was focused on the role and Lightspeed, and lastly a Zoom interview with a Talent Scout about behavioural questions. During the process, the three people I interviewed with checked in with me and kept me well informed about the next step. From the initial phone call to receiving a contract was 8 days.

Entretien
The interview process was very organized, and liked how there was an opportunity to meet all the team members including peers and the reporting manager through the interview process.
The interviewers were friendly, knowedgable and were able to answer all my queries.

Entretien
I had a three interviews each with different members of the Lightspeed team and which lasted for approximately 45 minutes. The process was flawless and communication was excellent. They all made me feel comfortable and I throughly enjoyed the experience.
