My interview process consisted of multiple 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 hour-long interviews with various peers with whom I would be collaborating should I receive an offer and finished with an hour-long presentation on a case that I put together for the organization. Unlike Amazon and Google which have strict frameworks for their interviews (behavioural and case, respectively), Lightspeed's interview questions and format were more at the discretion of the interviewer.
