The process involved interviewing with the VP of the Partnerships team, Chief People Officer, a People Business Partner, Recruitment Partner and two senior leaders for departments requiring people partnership. It was well organized, Katherine was especially helpful in coordinating everything, managing my expectations and working on a tight timeline.
