I was on a deadline to urgently find my next opportunity, and what I really liked about Lightning and they were empathetic to my situation and acted with the urgency needed. They were also willing to work with me on my unique immigration situation and always had open dialogue on the same. The process was super quick and they were one of the first to send me an offer amongst the companies i was interviewing. While it was my top choice from a technical standpoint, team culture and future calls I had to unfortunately had to take another offer because of some personal reasons. Great team, great people. definitely someone I'll reach out to in the future.
