Brief interview with HR to go over the general process, longer one hour interview with two potential coworkers - structured like a typical interview in an open Q&A format, third interview with three potential coworkers and director - this was a role play interview where we had to act out potential scenarios.

The interview process is very thorough with questions ranging from how one handles difficult communications with clients and technical aspects of the job. But it felt more like a conversation rather than an interview.

The interview process was extremely involved, which included several virtual interviews with multiple people and a final in person interview with several others. However, it enabled me to meet a large number of people in the organization and garner opinions and relationships prior to commuting to the position.
