J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lighthouse (Seattle, WA) en sept. 2015
Entretien
Quick process - within ten minutes of applying, received a phone call. Screened right there. Initial face-to-face with recruiter also and this is where the experience started getting negative. Recruiter texted at all hours, telling about his personal life and asking to grab drinks. (Recruiter is married.) Turned him down and proceeded to interview with senior leadership there. Open floor plan for the company with offices along the walls. Went to individual VPs and Directors offices. Interviews went well -- high energy. Was asked to come back for another round b/c one of the senior leaders was out the day of my interview. (Recruiter continued to overshare his life, down to "You live close to me!" -- He Google-mapped my info.) All substantive interviews went well, and recruiter texted, "If you want to know the outcome, you should meet me for lunch." I insisted on just being told whether I got the job or not. I did. Salary non-negotiable. I didn't accept the offer. The whole experience was so shocking -- the definition of sexual harassment.
