J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lightcast (Moscow, ID) en mars 2016
Entretien
I had met with the HR and interviewer at a local coffee shop where they gave me an informal interview and talked about the company. A few days later I had a formal interview at their office and was told more about the company, given a tour, and was then offered a contract. I was able to begin working a week later.

Entretien
The interview process was 2 step. I was contacted through LinkedIn for an interview after they reviewed my information and portfolio. We had met for lunch at a local restaurant/pub for an informal meeting/interview. Food was great and the company picked up the tab. They talked about the company, background, work flow, etc and asked me about my background, work, etc. I was then asked for a second interview/walk through at the office. The office was nice and I was given a tour. It didn't feel like the interviewer was very interested. About a month later I had to asked what their decision was because they never followed up, to which they said they wanted someone with more experience and I was not a good fit for their team - I'm guessing because they are very religious and I'm not. They did not give any sort of programming test to actually see my skills. Their loss.

One question I was asked that stood out was to tell them about my favorite piece of work I have done.
