I was contacted for a phone screen within a couple days of applying through a google form. After completing the phone screening I was scheduled for an on-site interview. A scientific article was also provided as the source material for a written evaluation. The on-site interview consisted of four one on one interviews with various members of the team. Upon completion of the interviews a written evaluation was administered which could either be taken on-site or off-site.
