Two interviews: one with HR, one with hiring manager and a short pension quiz for which you get about an hour. The people interviewing were really nice and friendly. Hr one was done on a phone call and the second one was done virtually on Microsoft Teams.

Short intro interview with HR. Then scheduled a meeting with two company managers and after they sent a short pension/math related quiz. Mostly easy questions and interviewers said that they just wanted to see thought process not 100% accuracy.

It was virtual interview. There were 2 persons. They asked about my background. Can I do pension calculations? What I know about life works? How did I handle a difficult situation?
