Low pressure. Straight forward. Just a one on one interview with a brief written test and some pretty standard interview questions. Just want to make sure you are okay with the long hours required for the position.

The interview process was extensive and thorough. I had time to rehearse and practice prior to the interview. Multiple steps required prior to job offer. Excellent communication with HR once hired.

Long, long, HR process. Surprised at how such a reportedly reputable company has such a slow HR process. Applied, contacted a week later to do a video interview which was just a few basic questions. Waited over a week and was finally told they wanted to interview me---3 weeks later! I agreed and met two people from corporate and one local team member. I had prepared for the interview by studying their patented process of cleaning tissue for implantation and also statistics of what types of tissues they recovered. I was in for quite a shock. Two questions into the interview, head corporate person answers phone and said she needed to answer the call. The other two continued asking such thought provoking questions like: what makes you the best candidate for the job, or name an event in my life that had a great impact. Seriously? I was underwhelmed. After asking their stock interview questions, I was told I would hear something in 3 days. A week went by, and still nothing. I called the local office and spoke to the local team member in my interview. I have never been so rudely or unprofessionally treated before. She was short, abrupt, and rude and told me to email corporate HR. I finally heard 4 days after that from HR that I should hear something the next day or two. Guess what? The position I interviewed for was reposted on their website. Finally several days later I got the "We're sorry you didn't get the job," email. First the HR process for them is extremely slow. Don't expect a quick result. Second, I was amazed at someone walking out of an interview to answer a phone call. Very unprofessional. Not impressed and actually glad that I didn't get the position. Rude interviewer, rude interaction with team member.

Thank you for your interest in employment at LifeNet Health. We receive over twenty thousand applications every year, and while we are not able to personally correspond with each candidate, we aspire to provide a good experience regardless of the outcome. Unfortunately, we did not meet your expectations, and I will review your comments to improve our processes. Generally, we allocate a reasonable period of time for our postings to generate a pool of qualified candidates. Applications are reviewed and the candidates whose skills most closely match the job requirements are forwarded to the hiring manager for review. Following a thorough review by the manager, several are selected for a video interview with pre-determined questions. Candidates are then selected for a personal interview with other members of the LifeNet Health team. Following the evaluation of all candidates, we provide formal notification of our decision. While this sometimes results in a lengthy process, we feel it is important to evaluate each qualified candidate and make a decision in our mutual best interests.
