You had to submit your resume, application details, and create a video of you facilitating one of their micro trainings. It was all in an online form. The video could only be a few minutes long.

There are 4 interviews in all (although we also had 2 conversations prior to final agreement) 1. Screening interview 2. Culture interview 3. Demo 4. Knowledge Assessment Each interview was between 30-60 minutes. There was also an initial phone meeting to determine if we were on same page around expectations. Each person who interviewed me increased my excitement about wanting to work there.
