J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Life360 en déc. 2025
Entretien
1) recruiter call
2) technical 1:1
3) hiring manager (cancelled)
Interviewer was not assigned to interview until morning of. Didn't seem like they are actually hiring but giving their devs practice time. Recruiter insisted on downloading app, seems to be they just want downloads.
Process meant to demoralize with no intention to hire. I wouldn't interview here again!

The rounds are as follows:
1. Meet the hiring manager, discuss your technical background and projects
2. Technical coding round: leetcode medium-ish with follow-up questions that tie it into real-world engineering practices and system designs.
3. Final virtual on-site, several interviews revolving around system design, API design, and testing/quality assurance.
There's a heavy emphasis on collaboration and conversing with your interviewers to help clarify the problems and explain your approach. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming!

I applied via LinkedIn and it took about a month to hear back. The interview process included a 1-hour screening, a 1-hour interview with the manager, a 1-hour live coding and API design session, and three 1-hour conversations with team members.
Everyone I interacted with was nice and respectful. While the process is quite long, I found the live coding round fair, involving a medium-level LeetCode-style question that didn't require pre-memorized knowledge to solve. I went through the first three stages but decided to withdraw my application after accepting another offer, as I didn't have time to complete the process.
Overall, it was a somewhat pleasant experience, although I believe the process could be shorter and more efficient.
