I had a terrible experience interviewing with the Director. From the start she was very rude and the interview felt more like an interrogation. I was told a lot about how talented she was and how Lidl is more fast paced then other industries. The interview questions were not standard questions and a lot of the questions were closed ended questions. In a 30 minuet interview I got a very bad impression of Lidl.
