Interview process was two-fold. Individual interviews and group interview. In the group interview the group was quite large so there was not so much time for everyone to answer. The HR already knew one of the people in the group so I already felt discouraged in the beginning. It would have been better not to make it obvious.

Fairly straightforward interview. They only asked my five questions, around my personality in working environment and previous experience. I didn't have retail experience but worked in cafe which was similar enough.
