the first interview was a call with the hiring manager and their manager and the second interview was an in person case study presentation with the hiring manager and the head of the department. I had to prepare a slide deck in advance and speak to the situation I was asked to analyze as if I was presenting to the Board. I had 10 minutes to present and then the interviewers asked questions.
I'm rating this as a negative experience because after this interview I never heard back from the team/HR after a lot of time invested in preparing and attending the interviews.
