Submitted the CV, did one interview with HR team and one interview with my assigned team. The HR team were always responsive and very warm during the whole process. The interviews were both about company fit.

Entretien
It was a phone interview where the interviewer asked basic questions. The questions were as follows. Introduce yourself. Have you worked in any internships before? What do you know about Lidl Asia? One challenge you overcome.
It was pretty smooth and efficient. There were two stages of the interview process, one with HR and the next one is with managers (users). However, for the first one, I did not get any email regarding the first interview with HR beforehand, so make sure to pick up the calls from an unknown number.
