Straight forward. Ask about your previous job experience and why you would fit in their company. Asks questions on pov of how you would handle situations. Also just a tip but don't fake it until you make it in the job interview and say you have done things you haven't as it will come back to bite you later if you're hired, seen it happen with new starts and it affects everyone involved on shift with you.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
