Entretien
The interview process seemed rather short as I had previously met one of the interviewers at a previous Lidl Interview for a different store.
I felt they were desperate to get me out due to my age of 37.

Question 1
Tell me if a time when you worked as part of a team
Tell me of a time when you worked to complete a deadline
Tell me of a time when you gave good customer service
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
