Entretien
Traveled down to their recruitment in Newton Aycliffe from Hull. The interview room included approximately 15 of us (ex managers, managers from different retail stores, new individuals looking to progress etc). There was a power point presentation which explained the companies values, future outlook and progression outlook etc. This lasted over an hour. After the presentation we had to complete a maths test (standard multiplication, addition, subtraction etc). We were then taken into the interview room, one by one for a personal interview.

Formal laid back to the point quite easy over all very generic basic questions that you would get in any other interview. Wouldn’t recommend place to work very poor structure no support by your line manager

Difficult and challenging. Corporate. You will be asked lots of questions and those things you will never do. The interviewers seemed arrogant. Great pay but they will work you to the bone.
