Die Vorstellungsgespräche verlief sehr angenehm. Die Fragen bezogen sich ausschließlich auf meinen Lebenslauf. Während der Vorstellungsgespräche konnte ich unterschiedliche Führungsebenen bei Lidl kennenlernen. Das erste Gespräch habe ich mit einem Senior Consultant und einer Dame aus dem Bereich Personal geführt. Das zweite Gespräch habe ich mit dem Geschäftsführer unseres Bereichs und dem Geschäftsleiter geführt.

Very relaxed and pleasant. More like a chat with friends than an interview. Was interviewed by 3 people at the same time using VC. One person from HR, 2 from the departement.

Entretien
The process took around 5 weeks, from the initial telephone interview, to a first round then second round interview. The recruitment consultant and the first interview was very pleasant, the second interview felt a bit confusing as was told it wasn’t a formal interview but ended up feeling like one. I got some quite scathing feedback there and then essentially, walked away feeling very demotivated and quite embarrassed for going for the position in the first place, especially after a positive first two interviews.
Es wurde gemäß schema F ein standard Fragenkatalog abgearbeitet, welcher Lidl spezifische Kennzahlen abgefragt hat. Darüber hinaus wurden Fragen zur eigenen Motivation gestellt und warum man sich genau auf die stelle bzw warum genau für Lidl beworben hat
