J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2019
Entretien
Blabbed on about the stores history for 40 mins, whilst sat in a room with 30 other interviewees. Then they sent you off to have a 15 min proper interview. The interviewer I had was delightful and very cheerful, had a good chat with her but she didn't ask many questions about retail experience which should have been a glaring red flag. I'm convinced they just chose the applicants they liked instead of who was most suitable for the role.

Question 1
A Customer wants to return an item but does not have the receipt. How would you approach this?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
