One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Entretien
The interview process was great, I was contacted within days of applying online and given a telephone interview. I was invited for a face to face interview with store and area manager. They were both very welcoming and friendly, the interview asked all questions you would expect and I felt comfortable throughout. Also a couple of the customer assistants also wished me good luck which I thought was nice. I was told I would hear if I was successful within 48 hours.

Question 1
When have you been in a challenging situation and how did you deal with it?
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
