Directly interviewed by the warehouse Manager and a warehouse associate through Skype.Lasted almost an hour. Friendly.Informed that I was rejected with a generic email.They provide excellent benefits (insurance, gift cards, company car)

3 interviews. 2 being 1 to 1 and 1 Assessment centre. There was also a phone call prior to the first interview by a recruiter on behalf of Lidl. There is an analytical test on the day of the first interview. The questions are primarily competency based.
