- Call with HR Manager, which lasted approximately 40 minutes. The conversation was very relaxing;
- Teams interview (due also to COVID) with Head of Department and member of the Management Team. Just like before, the interview was very relaxing and colloquial

One call with HR and 2 interviews with tecnical and situations and previous experience questions. After that the offer call from HR and Hiring Manager. One interview was online and the second one was on site. Generaly, ok experience.

1st interview via teams. Second (final) interview in person in Head Office. Quick to respond, providing feedback and transparency on process. Phoned to confirm the status of the application. Friendly team at Lidl, creating a relaxed atmosphere
