Entretien
There is a test you need to pass in order to get the job. The test is not too bad as long you basics of maths. Once you passed the assessment you will be asked to come and do the interview face to face at the store with the manager and area manager.

Question 1
Why did you choose to apply to Lidl instead of another company?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
