Entretien
Had a brief telephone interview, asked about previous experience and what I learned from it. Then was invited to a face to face interview which was similar. You are also asked how you will get to the job and what your favourite product from lidl is.

Question 1
If there is only you and one other co worker and there's a puddle on the floor, lots of customers at the till, the fruit display is messy and there is no milk which order would you complete the tasks?
Tell me a time that you went above and beyond to help a customer? What feedback did you get?
What do you know about Lidl?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
