The first stage included an assessment center. As we were only three candidates and all German, they did not ask us to do a presentation in German. The maths test was pretty easy and I think I answered all questions correctly. Then, a Buying Director and a Senior Buying Manager interviewed me asking for my motivations to work for LIdl. I think I was not convincing enough.
