Quick response from recruiter after applying online. First convo with recruiter was great and it seemed like a good match. Second round was video with hiring manager. Really awkward, and the hiring manager was asking questions that clearly signaled the role wasn't really what was written nor evangelized by the recruiter. After the video interview, they ghosted me and I never heard anything.
