I was put forward for the role by a recruiter, this is the main way they hire for their positions.
The interview was held in 2 parts first a board of 3 or 4 meet with you for the main interview, they will expect a portfolio, then if that goes well you will be asked to visit their offices and do a short 30min test. Assembling a poster or magazine cover . Saving it correctly, cutting images to fit , and moving artwork from program to program for editing. Photoshop and illustrator where the programs. Read up on what they value as a business they where eager to see what I knew about them.

Ho avuto due colloqui telefonici in cui mi hanno spiegato quale avrebbe dovuto essere il mio ruolo all'interno dell'azienda e in cui mi hanno fatto domande sulle mie competenze. Dopo i quali non sono più stata contattata.

Entretien
Il primo colloquio telefonico era semplicemente conoscitivo. Nel secondo ho parlato con diversi membri del team che mi hanno spiegato la posizione e l'ambiente. Mi hanno fatto domande personali legate all'azienda, come per esempio cosa comprassi più spesso o se avessi notato modifiche nel tempo sull'allestimento e la comunicazione aziendale.
