Applied online, phone screening, Skype interview, then an in person interview at the DC office. Overall very negative impersonal experience. They ignored my salary requirements which were listed on the application and discussed during the phone screening. My offer was about half what I currently earn. Big waste of time and unprofessional.
Recruiter screen followed by 2 interviews with the hiring manager and a potential peer. Standard type of interview questions.
After this was then ghosted and never heard anything back from Lidl.

Group interview- no details shared in advance and the floor was open for anyone to answer questions. Good for those who are confident and outspoken, but challenging for those who are more reserved.

Interviewers were smug and very clearly unhappy. Even the receptionist was rude. Zero follow up from HR making the entire process a waste of time. Very bad vibe in the air, clear that the morale is toxic and turnover is high!
