I applied online and less than 2 days later the DM calls and says he would like to interview me the next week for me to setup a time and we would go from there. It was 15 min interview or maybe 20 very relaxed. They showed me a layout of the store told me what the company was about and asked what i knew and i had done my homework to be ready so i told them what I knew and wowed them. Then wowed them with resume and they told me i would get an email either way in about three days and i got a personal phone call from the DM three days later telling me i got the job and said i would get an email with the next steps in the process.

There were none. It was just the normal interview questions.

Entretien
It was a conversation with the manager. He asked me about my experience, where I thought I’d be in 5 years, why I wanted to work there, and similar type interview questions.
Overall, it was a basic interview process. They asked about experience and why someone would be a good fit for the role. Just have some well-thought-out answers to common interview questions beforehand, and you should be fine.

Entretien
Really easy interview process. Simple behavioral questions and scenario questions. Little to no pressure, very laid back. You should know the companies overall message and use that while interviewing for this position. Almost anyone can get hired, with or without experience.
