Online application involving my CV and any other relevant information, then a range of tests including numerical and situational reasoning which were fairly easy nothing too challenging, asked to do a phone interview after that which lasted around 15 minutes, and the next stage was an assessment centre but I didnt attend this as other roles came up

Online Tests - Very basic mathematical test
Phone Interview
Assessment Centre - Individual interview (competency based) & group task (how to best improve a store after conducting a store walk prior to assessment day)
Final Interview with regional director

Competency questions - explaining times you've shown skills such as; teamwork, leadership, problem solving, resilience etc.
Final Interview was a grilling over the CV. They will go for you and see how you react to being put under severe pressure
