Interviewed with Patrick Waldron Senior Real Estate Director. He is in Texas setting up Dallas, Houston, Austin offices. I interviewed for Houston Office. Most of the interview time was spent on him talking about the company and what they are looking for. He started off by asking me few questions about my previous experience. Entretien
First interview was with a recruiter via Skype, then a week later was a second interview with the director of real estate in person. The third was an in person to give a potential site review to a panel.

Entretien
I received word that they company wanted to interview me and went to the DC office a couple days later. I met with two Directors of Real Estate and spoke with them for about an hour. The interview was very professional and they dug into my background a lot. I have to agree with some of the other comments on here about them choosing to interview people when their mind was already made up. I felt like from the moment I walked in to the interview with the Directors, they did not want to hear what I was saying. All of the questions I asked seemed to get very short responses, and the feedback I received basically made it seem like they were looking for an excuse not continue with my candidacy. I would advise future candidates to really have their answers planned for standard interview questions, and make sure you say great things about the company as well as your previous employers.
